We recommend ordering at least 48 hours in advance. Specialty cakes, customised orders and larger quantities may require additional notice.

When will my order be ready?
Your order will be freshly prepared and ready during your selected pickup time. Your confirmation email will include all pickup details.

Can I change my pickup time?
Yes, please contact us as soon as possible. Pickup changes are subject to availability and our preparation schedule.
4.
Can someone else collect my order?
Yes. They simply need your order number and the name on the order when collecting it.
